By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

All sessions and readings offered by Katie Surbeck are intended for personal insight, reflection, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own choices and actions following any session.

2. Refund Policy

All readings and digital services are non-refundable. Due to the personal and digital nature of these offerings, once a session has been purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred. For live sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at Katie's discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

3. Scheduling & Delivery

The date and time selected during booking are for scheduling purposes only. Due to high volume and the intuitive nature of the work, readings may be delivered later than the date shown. This is not grounds for a refund or dispute. For live Zoom sessions, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit their session with no refund. If a technical issue occurs on Katie's end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

4. Results Disclaimer

Outcomes are not guaranteed. Each reading reflects current energies and possibilities. Results depend on your personal choices, actions, and willingness to integrate the insights shared.

5. Energy Exchange & Respect

All sessions are offered in a space of mutual respect. Katie reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone engaging in disrespectful, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information and details shared during your session are kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law. Live Zoom sessions are recorded by Katie Surbeck and delivered to the client via email following the session for their personal use. This recording is for the client's personal use only and may not be shared, posted, redistributed, or reproduced in any form without prior written consent from Katie Surbeck. Clients may not make their own recordings of live sessions.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By booking, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If you have concerns about your reading, please contact Katie directly to resolve the matter.

8. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years of age or older.

9. Intellectual Property

All session content, written material, emails, and communications are the intellectual property of Katie Surbeck and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Katie Surbeck's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. Katie is not liable for any emotional, psychological, financial, or other outcomes resulting from acting on guidance received during a session. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis service immediately.

11. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
